What do you need to set up?
Our mobile cart needs six foot by six foot ( 6’x6’ or 36 square ft) area and we need access to an outlet with a 20 amp breaker to operate our machine indoors. For outdoor events, if power is unavailable, we can bring a quiet generator and a tent in case of inclement weather.
What area do you serve? Are you willing to travel?
We’re based in Western North Carolina and we happily serve our surrounding area for no additional travel fee. We are willing to travel! Should an event require extensive driving time or overnight stays, we would ask for a travel fee which would be quoted before booking. Contact us for a quote anytime!
Are your prices all inclusive?
The prices seen on our website for our services are inclusive with a few exceptions. We do need to charge tax on our beverage products (generally 7%-8%) and if guests ask for additional services not included in our usual contract, for example trash removal, additional time, etc. Please contact us with any questions you may have about pricing!
What vegan options do you offer?
We offer oat milk and coconut milk as our non-dairy option but can switch to soy milk upon request. We prefer not to offer nut-based options due to the allergy restrictions of some guests.
Do you offer trash removal?
Yes! For an additional fee we are happy to remove trash and even provide our own trash cans. We just need to know ahead of time so we can plan and create the contract accordingly.
What if I don’t know how many guests I have?
That’s okay! If you’re not sure which category you fall into yet, we can go with the lower pricing category for now. We’ll ask for your final guest count and payment before the event.
What if I don’t see my number of guests listed?
If you have only a very small party, or maybe a very big party, please reach out. We can accommodate some larger group sizes by working with our partner Bare Bones Brewhaus!
What kind of cups do you serve your beverages in?
We use compostable cups with lids and offer stirrers. We are not able to bring mugs, but if you would like to provide them, we are happy to use them. We are not able to assist in cleaning the mugs.
Can I request a certain type of coffee?
Yes! With enough notice, we can provide different roasts and flavor profiles from our wonderful coffee roaster, High Noon of Asheville. For example, light roasts, natural processed, etc.
Do you make flavored drinks?
Yes! We offer 4 popular syrups: Vanilla, Caramel, Chocolate and Lavender plus seasonal rotating options (i.e. summer flavors vs. autumn and winter). Additional flavors may be available on request and may require a small upgrade fee. For most of our packages, our team creates at least delicious seasonal recipes in addition to our traditional options.
What coffee and tea do you use?
We use High Noon Coffee, a local, woman owned company based in Asheville and Asheville Tea Company teas which are blended using local farm to cup ingredients. We also partner with Western Carolina Tea Company for their delicious AppalaChai. We use organic matcha from Japan.
HOw much do you charge to extend hours of service?
Our services are typically 3 hours of service, but you can add additional time for an hourly rate. This rate varies depending on the type of service and your number of guests. Contact us for details!
I don’t see the type of service I’m looking for. Can I customize the type of service I want?
Absolutely! We can customize everything from types of beverages served to the style of coffee you like to the flavors of syrup we use. In some cases, we ask for an hourly consultation or preparation rate to prepare unique menu items. Please contact us to find out how we can make your event uniquely you!
